Defenition :

Intrepid – Fearless; bold; brave

Ibex- Wild goat of mountain areas of Eurasia and northern Africa having large recurved horns

So in a PILL an Intrepid Ibex is a brave mountain goat??

LOL! anyways I’m back after a loong time, but i got some great news from Linux, and using Ubuntu’s Newest Release Version 8.10 Intrepid Ibex. To tell you the truth i wasnt a big fan of Ubuntu because of it’s GIMP interface… But i’ve started to love it after using it for a couple of weeks now..

I’ll be helping you out to get Ubuntu Up and running with all the Neccasary tools !

Review:

Installation :

AWESOME! completely seemless!

Desktop :

Persoanlly i’m NOT a big fan of the dull Brown Environment..

I HATE the wallpaper…. It looks soooo DULL! But that can be obviously changed quickly!

Programs:

I installed the CD version of the release so there weren’t really That much programs pre installed.Only the neccesities.

But Installation of Programs have become extreamly better..

More info to come !

Remember, i’m still typing all the walk through’s in a Windows User’s point of view. :)
